Airserve organizes advertisements into a hierarchy of companies, brands and campaigns. An advertisement is part of a campaign for a brand that belongs to a company. You can think of them as folders which allow you to organize and find your banners easily. Banners can then be uploaded to a campaign and be ready for scheduling.
Each Airserve account can have multiple companies. A company is the top level folder for your banners which usually represents your customer.
Creating a company
Create a new company by navigating to the Dashboard (in the sidebar) and clicking ‘New Company’. Creating a company will automatically create a brand with the name ‘Almennt’, so that you can immediately create a campaign and begin working right away.
A brand is a subsection of a company. Usually, a brand represents a brand or division within a company but you can use it to organize your campaigns as you want. You can also skip this step and Airserve will automatically use the Almennt brand.
Creating a brand
Clicking on a company containing only one brand will skip over the brand list and lead you directly to the campaigns. In this case, you can access the brands by clicking the company name in the breadcrumb (as seen below). There you will be able to create a new brand, or edit the existing one.
Advertisements are organized into campaigns. A campaign is a collection of advertisements, usually running at the same time. By placing advertisements into the same campaign, you will have the option of sharing them with media outlets as individual adverts, or as a group.
A campaign is where you can create, edit or publish advertisements.
Creating a campaign
If a company contains only one brand, it will lead you directly to the campaigns, otherwise you will see a list of brands. Click on the brand of your choice and then click the ‘New Campaign’ button.
Company, brand, and campaign names can be changed at any time.
